This is the story of two births which happen on the same night in Bethlehem. Simon, a well-to-do man has sent his servants on a frantic, last minute search for a cradle “fit for a king”, but they can only find a manger from a nearby stable. The play highlights the beauty and simplicity of Jesus’ birth against the back of human self-interest and pride. This is a story that reminds us how easy we can get distracted during Christmas even with the best of intentions.
December 7th | 6-8p
This evening is guaranteed to be great fun and full of laughs as we exchange gifts "white elephant" style. Come prepared to have great laughs and build equally great relationships. Free childcare will be provided.
p.s. please spend no more than approximately $15 on the gift you bring
December 31st | anytime between 6-8p
The New Year's Eve Communion and Prayer Time is an opportunity to privately meet/pray/take communion one-on-one at the alter with an elder either as an individual or as an entire family. It's an opportunity to the end the year being thankful for his mercy and grace in 2018. It's also an excellent way to commit 2019 in prayer asking the Lord's for His guidance and wisdom for the new year.
